The attached filing from Friends of the Riverfront was posted by FERC today. In addition to noting the new site, the letter states that the turbines purchased by Crown in 2003 were incompatible with the initially proposed site and have been stored since that time. The current location and condition of the turbines is unknown. The letter further states that the financial viability of Crown is murky.
