–Approving Comments in Response to the Draft Environmental Assessment Prepared by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Related to Crown Hydro, LLC Crown Mill Hydroelectric Project, FERC Project No. 11175-025 and Directing Staff to Submit a Comment Letter to the Secretary of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in Accordance with FERC Rules

The availability of these reports is one of the important changes instituted by Superintendent Miller. They are normally in the agenda packet for the first regular meeting of the month.
