Another FERC Application from Crown Hydro

CROWN HYDRO – NOTICE OF APPLICATION ACCEPTED FOR FILING, SOLICITING COMMENTS, MOTIONS TO INTERVENE, AND PROTESTS

Attached notification from FERC states that Crown Hydro has filed an application to amend their license for their project. The deadline for filing comments, interventions or protests to the amendment is August 29, 2015 (30 days from the date of FERC’s notification).

If you choose to file a comment, etc. with FERC, please note the instructions for doing so in the letter.
