THE YARD–NOT A PARK

I also consider this space a plaza. Why shouldn’t the Vikings ownership and Sports Authority be responsible for everything about it including maintenance, security/safety, etc? A park is a park when it intended for all citizens and in the care and management of the PB. It does appear that from its inception, “The Yard” was intended for exclusive use; and the green space, as a feature of the overall plans, would help to achieve public acceptance of the stadium.
