This is what has been suggested by many but what it allows for is CO-LOCATION AT GRADE. I think that John Cowles originally suggested it to me. But we have to remember that Minneapolis only agreed to this alignment WITH ONE CONDITION – move the freight. SLP has already gotten $12M out of a deal they reneged on.
