On September 20, Minneapolis Mayor R. T. Rybak sent the attached letter about the Southwest light rail route to Met Council Chair Susan Haigh.  Rybak urged further consideration of alternate routes for freight trains to minimize impacts on the Kenilworth Corridor and the city of St. Louis Park.
