Jordan Hoops?
There has been considerable discussion of late on the Minneapolis issues forum about kids using basketball hoops in the street because the hoops at Jordan Park were taken down to defuse youth problems. Maybe this should be addressed by someone at the next MPRB meeting in terms of: is it true? can the hoops be restored? how did the policy come about to remove them in the first place?
